CellVision

A CellVision slide is an innovative, glass disposable counting chamber with a fixed coverslip. It contains 2 seperate compartments for analysis. The combination between specific chamber-depths and a variety of built in grids (e.g. 10x10, Neubauer Improved, Bürker, Thoma) make them suitable for a number of different applications. Slides with different format of grids have distinctive colors to identify them.

CellVision slides with a built in grid are extremely suitable for replacing re-usable hemocytometers. You can use them to count almost any particles in any fluid. Known applications include counting of white blood cells, platelets, cell-lines, sperm, yeast, resin. The grid is located at the bottom of the chamber (just like in the re-usable ones). Counting protocols can remain unchanged.

CellVision slides without a grid are a cost-effective solution for CASA systems that evaluate human or animal sperm.
