Production

Production CellVision slides are produced in a fully automated production process using SCARA / Cartesian robots.
Controls Chamber depth is measured with a laser interferometer. Our production machine is located in a low dust environment. 
Glass We use1,0 mm. thick microscopic slides (76x26 mm) with ground edges and corners to create optimum safety for our users. Coverslips (32x24 mm) thickness ranges between 0.27 and 0.33 mm. All the glass we use is for standard laboratory work.

Washing The microscopic slides and coverslips are washed using an alkalic / acid washing detergent
Rinsing The microscopic slides and coverslips are rinsed using destilled water from our Millipore system
Coating Non toxic
Packaging Slides are packaged in a plastic box that contains 25 slides
  Regular shipment boxes contain 36 boxes of 25 slides (total of 900 slides)
